My first though when I saw the photos was "How do they make a high cap work upside down?"
The only high caps I know of that aren't upright are the P90 ones. In those, the BBs are pushed into the mechanism by a spring and follower in a manner similar to live rounds. They don't rattle, but can suffer feed problems.
Yes straight away the mag won't work from an M14 unless they have made a mod.
Free speech is expensive these days!
Looking again, I don't see a winding wheel in the mag.
Maybe they removed all the guts and just use it as a hopper.
